Vue template tab size and indent settings not honored

Just re-upped for the all-products pack and find that Code Style settings for Vue templates don't seem to work. Support board's full of 2019-vintage recommendations on how to trick it using different settings but shouldn't Vue template settings just work on Vue templates?

Would rather not have to drop into `vi` to fix every template I touch.
