opening terminal will keep on running a script automatically how do I stop it?

I am not sure what happened but each time when I open up the terminal in PyCharm, it'll run a script which tries to find a PEM file that doesn't exist. Then it'll say permission denied and lets me start using the terminal. It's a hassle to see it coming up each time I re-open PyCharm or click on the termina's red X then re-open the terminal.
What have been wrong here though?
I am currently using ubuntu 16.04 with PyCharm 2016 1.4
