Failed to prepare an update: Can't download... error on MAC

Hello, 

My Php Storm version is 2016.3 and i am trying to update it to 2016.3.1 on MAC OSx Sierra. 

Whenever I try to update it, the below error is displayed in the balloon popup. 

 

Failed to prepare an update: Cannot download 'https://download.jetbrains.com/webide/PS-163.7743.50-163.9735.1-patch-mac.jar': Received fatal alert: handshake_failure Open download page.

 

Can you please advice?

Looks like a temporary or general networking issue. 

Try to reboot OS and try again.

I'm seeing this for the last 3 version updates. looks like an error in the https certificate somehow.

16:25    Connection Error
            Failed to prepare an update:
            Cannot download 'https://download.jetbrains.com/webide/PS-163.9735.1-163.10504.2-patch-mac.jar': Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

 

If i open this url in the browser, it works perfectly. Using internal update, it just dies everytime.
