Smart string replacement

Hello!

I'm looking to simutaneoulsy replace [Ff]oo to [Pp]ee; for example:

foo foo foo
Foo Foo Foo
FooBar fooBar Foobar

will become

pee pee pee
Pee Pee Pee
PeeBar peeBar Peebar

Is this possible? Many thanks!
