Auto Indent parameters inside HTML tag as in PHP array.

There is option "Align key-value pairs" in Settings > Editor >Code Style > PHP > Other > Array Declaration Style

It aligns

$x = array(
   0     => "zero",
   12345 => "one two three",
   25    => "two five"
);

Is there similar option for HTML code i am interested to have following alignment from this

<form method="post">
    Login: <input type="text" name="login" />
    Password: <input type="password" name="password" value="123' />
    <input type="submit" name="submit" value="Login" />
</form>

to this

<form method="post">
    Login:    <input type="text"     name="login" />
    Password: <input type="password" name="password" value="123" />
              <input type="submit"   name="submit"   value="Login" />
</form>

I.E. if next line contains same HTML tag as previous line then align tags together
and also align each tag's property to start on same position.
