Moving the editor width (number of columns) marker?

We have a lint rule checked on the source code line length. I see the column number marker:
on the editor, but it seems to be fixed at 120 characters:
Is there a way to change it to something else?

Ah, Thanks @Serge! I was doing the "mother shortcut" Cmd+Shift+a (or Shift+Shift) and looking for "columns" and it kept showing "column mode" and I couldn't think of a word like "right margin" :-(
