Need helping configuring JavaFX Scene Builder

I successfully downloaded and ran Scene Builder 8.3.0. It is a simple single .JAR file. When I double click on this .JAR file, Scene Builder launches and runs like a charm!
However I am having trouble integrating it into IntelliJ. I provide IntelliJ with the path to the file location of the .JAR file. But it ignores it! It cannot find Scene Builder and so I am unable to launch Scene Builder within IntelliJ :(
Please help me!

Sorry Serge but that link does not help me. That is a different problem where it crashes.
With my problem, there is no crash, just no find! IntelliJ cannot locate the .JAR file even though, I have provide its location in the path!
Could you please report a new issue at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA with more details?
