How to render HighCharts in pycharm ipynb

so i am trying to follow the examples and get Highcharts running in a jupyter notebook. it is working fine when i use my browser to the url directly, but from within Pycharm it is not rendering. I am only seeing the attached. Can anyone help with what setting i am missing so this functions properly.
