Color Scheme Colors Not Working

I've tried several color schemes from color-themes.com but all of them exhibit a weird behavior. Several colors don't match what they should be according to the previews. Like the foreground on class names as on example pictured below. Is there some explanation for this? I've tried several recent schemes from the site and all of them have the same issue. I can use the default dark themes in PyCharm without issue, it just seems to be all 3rd party themes. Is this some bug? It doesn't make sense that I'd need to manually adjust these colors. Thanks for the help. I'm on a Mac using the following PyCharm version:
