Restore Default Layout Not Working?
Hello - My "Restore Default Layout" does not seem to be working.
And about 80% of time, when reopening the project, all windows are tiny in the middle of the main screen like this.
When I click on "Restore Default Layout", nothing happens and I have to manually re-position them every time, which is obviously very tedious.
I have clicked "Store Current layout as Default".
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi there,
Works for me in PhpStorm 2016.3.2 on Windows 10 x64
At the same time I see some other people having similar kind of issue, e.g.
Please share your idea.log (Help | Show Log in XXX)
But before that -- please disable all 3rd party plugins (not bundled by default) and see if it will help. if needed -- back up and delete (while IDE is closed) all plugin files manually (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544519-Directories-used-by-the-IDE-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs)
