PHPStorm 2016.3 - Terminal Theme - Fish Shell

HI JetBrains Community,

I have PHPStorm 2016.3 install on my Ubuntu OS, till version 2016.2 the embedded terminal would take the theme and colors from Fish shell settings.

But now it does not it looks really ugly the fish shell commands work but the look and feel isn't the same.

Is there someway to fix this, if yes kindly guide me?
