Remove blank line before Wordpress function calls
I'm trying out phpstorm and I like it but 1 thing bugs me... if I refactor php (Wordpress) code, add_action, add_shortcode etc are preceded by a white line.
How do I get rid of it ?

It's unfortunately not possible yet (as far as I've tried lately) and here's a corresponding feature request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-10550.
