Project from Existing Sources

Hi, I have used PHPStorm's feature "Project from Existing Sources" from remote server over FTP. In documentation the same menu item is described https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/2016.3/creating-a-project-by-importing-existing-sources.html#d1877601e95. But I can't find it in IntelliJ IDEA 2016.3.3, macOS 10.12.2 (16C67)
