Disabling "Spelling: typo" forever

Is there a way to completely disable "Spelling: typo" for all present and future projects?
This setting never seems to stick and whenever I create or import a project, I have to disable it manually over and over again.

Please use File | Other Settings... | Default Settings -> Editor | Inspections, locate Spelling | Typo inspection and disable it for Project Default inspection profile.
