Problem with Intellij Java warnings

Hello.
Since the last update i don`t see the warnings with the option to fix it like in this photo:
In the past I see a light bulb and then with a click on it I saw the option to do the import but right now this is not happening anymore.
Does anyone know what's happening?

Do you have Power Save mode enabled in File menu? Any exceptions in idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/207241085)? Does File | Invalidate Caches help?
Power Save isn't enabled and Invalidate caches dosn't help
