How make AIR build to be captive runtime?

I created build configuration for AIR in my project. Now it appears in Project Settings -> Modules. It has Android tab, but I don't see any 'captive runtime' option there. When I run it and the packages goes to mobile device (or emulator) it asks for AIR runtime. If I build package via menu Build->Package AIR Application... I can see 'Captive Runtime' checkbox. How do I force the same behavior for build configuration? Thank you.
