Valid student license not accepted

I have a student license for PhpStorm, which expires in April this year. I've been using it on two devices so far. Now, I bought a new laptop, installed PhpStorm and tried to use the license key I have, but the "error" message just says: "License is valid till Apr 19, 2016", and the "OK" button is inactive.

What's going on?

Please try to use an email you've made a purchase with (instead of license key).

If that doesn't help please try to get in touch with our sales.
