Save item to sidebar
Hello,
I develop an API and therefore make a heavy use of the REST Client tool. The problem is, when I close PhpStorm and open it later, the item is not in the sidebar anymore, and I have to open the Tools menu and click Test RESTful Web Service again. Is there a way to make the item stay in the sidebar when restarting PhpStorm like in the image below ?

P.S. On another hand -- there are "Window | Store Current Layout as Default" and "Window | Restore Default Layout" .. which in theory could preserve the status .. but I have not tested it for this tool window (considering the aforementioned ticket these actions may only preserve tool window dimensions/positioning in current circumstances)

Thank you for the issue link, hope this will be done someday, it is 3 years old...
I tried what you said, but does not work -- the REST Client disappear after a restart.
