Impossible to install and/or update the packages

Hi,
I am facing impossibility to update or install the packages. All the time I get the following error message:
40:525: execution error: The directory '/Users/denyssydorets/Library/Caches/pip/http' or its parent directory is not owned by the current user and the cache has been disabled. Please check the permissions and owner of that directory. If executing pip with sudo, you may want sudo's -H flag.
Any help and suggestion is more than welcome.

It means that it's system-wide problem, not related to PyCharm.
Please check:

Hi Anna,
I am the only user of the computer, so would say that there is no other user and owner.
I also tried to flag H, unfortunately it wasnt helpful.
