2017 version changes shortcut for comments on Mac OS

Hi, I was using version 2016.3 and I used the code comment functionality by using the default shortcut. Because I use a Spanish keyboard the shortcut was "command" + "-" (as I see in an English keyboard is "command" + "/"). The key is located to the left of the rigth-shift key.

Now with version 2017 this does not work and this key is performing a "code collapse" functionalty.

The keyboard mapping for 2017 version is reporting that code comments is "command" + "/" and "command" + shirt + "/" but if does not work.

This version has changed the JDK bug with wrong key codes returned for non-QWERTY layouts.

And now you have to re-assign shortcuts in Preferences | Keymap to match your layout - see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JRE-172#comment=27-1818287, https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-165950
