Can not update phpinfo: Cannot parse configuration file

I have PHP running on a remote server.

I can connect to the server over SSH and run PHP in the console.

PHP works on the server fine.

But...

When I try and connect in PHPStorm I get "Can not update phpinfo: Cannot parse configuration file"

Any ideas?

I have attempted to uninstall PHPStrom and the problem has stayed

Interestingly I get the same error not matter what Path I put in for the php.exe

This remote server is a Windows 2008 R2

Just to confirm this seems to be some kind of issue when using Windows Server as remote as works fine on Linux based server

I can't get it to work either. I have no clue what configuration file it means.
