Odd error when trying to run Django server in PyCharm 2017.1 Professional

Hello, and thank you for taking your time to read this. I am using PyCharm 2017.1 Professional and each time I launch the server it returns and says nothing else

Error:

Process finished with exit code -1073741819 (0xC0000005)

I've tried running it in command prompt without PyCharm and it worked just fine. What's odd is that it was working just fine earlier with all my projects, and I've made no changes to PyCharm or the interpreter since and now it works on none.

I am also running the latest version of Python.
