Does Anyone Still Use ipr Files?

I just downloaded the latest release and noticed that the ipr.reg is still there and part of the content references v10!
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\IntelliJIDEAProjectFile\shell\open\command]

Does anyone still use ipr files?

There is at least one reason to use IPR files: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-80673.
Not sure this forum is the best place to get the stats since 99% of the questions are replied by JetBrains support and other users will not provide you any feedback.
That is quite an interesting feature request.
I almost always search for office files with Windows Explorer and open them and the application with a double-click but with IDEA I always open the application first.
I think that might be because IDEA is relatively slow to open and it makes more sense to have it open all the time and open files from within the application.
The main reason for the post though was a cheeky dig at the old reference in the file :D
