Terminal doesn't work (macOs Sierra)

Anything interesting in idea.log file (Help | Show Log in XXX)?

The only thing I could see that might be related is this:

INFO - term.terminal.ui.TerminalPanel - java.awt.datatransfer.UnsupportedFlavorException: Unicode String

I have found no matches in existing tickets (IDEA project)...

Try with all 3rd party (not bundled by default) plugins disabled.

If nothing -- I may suggest this:

• Close IDE
• Delete all settings/indexes (backup settings first if needed/desired -- ignore caches/indexes -- they will be re-created fresh anyway) -- see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206544519-Directories-used-by-the-IDE-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs
• Launch IDE -- do not import anything and start from scratch

Any better?

If still the same -- use "Submit a Request" link on top of this page and attach whole idea.log there.

I am also experiencing this issue.

I just upgraded to OSX Sierra and WebStorm 2016.3.4. Other team members have fresh Sierra installs and fresh WebStorm installations and are not experiencing this issue.

I have wiped out my settings for WebStorm let WebStorm recreate them. Terminal in WebStorm still exhibits the same behavior.

Has anyone resolved this issue?
