Ok... so the opt+p kind ofworks but not like before. In WS 2016 Ctrl+Opt+P it really invoked push command dialog, and now opt+p just pops up push menu, not even invokes it.
Ok, I just checked, so in Push Commits dialog it still works as expected - press Ctrl+Opt+P and action invoked immediately, but on Commit Changes dialog Ctrl+Opt+P doesn't work anymore at all, and Opt+P just pops up menu item, not even executing action.
Works for me... Alt+i opens the popup, Alt+p invokes Push.

In additional to lost key combination, proposed Opt+P adds unexpected PI ( π ) char to commit message
