Prevent Git VCS performing Code Analysis on commit

Hello,

Running PHPStorm 2017.1. Is there any way to turn off Code Analysis when performing a commit with version control?

I've found the option. When you are about to commit changes, uncheck "Perform code analysis" located on the right-side of the window.

Is there a way to disable Run Git Hooks permanently?  I turn it off on commit, then it gets turned back on next commit.  Very annoying.
