PyCharm forgets GitHub credentials

I've tried with token and password approach and every time PyCharm forgets my password. "Remember password" is checked. Any solution?
Pycharm 2017.1, Manjaro 17 KDE

Seems like https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-171203

Please go to Settings - Appearance and behavior - System - Passwords and enable saving passwords in KeePass, as a workaround.

I have the same problem on Manjaro 18.0.4 KDE using PyCharm 2019.1.3 but with the workaround it works.
