can't diff git history

I'm in the Version Control tab and am showing the git history at the project level. I want to diff 2 commits.  This was possible in V2016 but not in 2017.  

 

Will this be fixed?  I'm going to attempt a downgrade as I just can't do my job (lots of code reviews) without this feature.

Thanks for the response!  That does describe what I'm seeing.  Will a fix be rolled out soon?

As stated in the YouTrack issue - the fix is planned for the next update (Fix version = 2017.1.1)
