ZIP-distribution and minor versions ?

We have decided to use the ZIP-distribution for installations of IntelliJ which works fine.
For security reasons we have restricted access to internet thru a very restricted proxy.
Is the ZIP-distribution of for example 2017.1 updated with minor versions so that we can just download a new ZIP-file ?
Or the ZIP-distribution only updated for major releases so that we have to build the ZIP-distribution ourselves ?

It's updated the same way .exe and other distributions are updated, including the minor updates.
