Why I cannot add shortcut key for "Copy String Concatenation Text to the Clipboard"?

I like to add shortcut key for action: Alt + Enter | Copy String Concatenation Text to the Clipboard. But I cannot find this entry in keymap.

It's an Intention Action, there is no way to assign keyboard shortcuts for the individual intention actions. Request is welcome at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.
