-Dgrails.env doesn't work in Windows

Hi,
I cannot set grails environment by putting -Dgrails.env=localpostgres into VM options as in the picture

If I run grails -Dgrails.env=localpostgres in cmd it works fine
IntelliJ IDEA 2017.1
Build #IU-171.3780.107, built on March 22, 2017
JRE: 1.8.0_112-release-736-b13 amd64
JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o
Windows 10 10.0

adding bootrun seems like a proper fix, but for someone passing by, putting -Dgrails in the commandline also fix this problem for me.
