Can't download or update PhpStorm eap
On the phpstorm EAP page: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/PhpStorm/PhpStorm+Early+Access+Program There's no download link anymore to the eap version. The toolbox doesn't give the option to download the EAP version of PHPstorm, i can't use the stable version because my license has expirated. I can't find anything about this, it's urgent.

Early Access Program is closed at the moment.
If you would like to continue using PhpStorm, it's necessary to purchase a license.

Closed for how long? I can't find any information about this anywhere.

I think I'm on the latest toolbox version and I can still choose EAP (and even just updated to it):

1) It's because fresh EAP build was published yesterday. Before that the "2017.1.2 final" was the latest version ... hence no EAP builds
2) EAP builds are free (comes with own 30 days license) only for major versions (e.g. was for 2017.1, will be for 2017.2). EAP builds for minor versions (maintenance releases, like now -- 2017.1.3) require proper license.
These are not some new changes or anything like that -- it has been like that since PhpStorm v1.
