Mouse Interactions Not Working

Hello!
I just downloaded IntelliJ for Windows 64-Bit, when I launch the program it does'nt seem to recognize my mouse in any way.
I can't click anything in the main menu using the mouse, I can however navigate using my keyboard, the same goes for when I launch a project, the mouse does'nt work but I can still navigate with my keyboard.
I have tried reinstalling and rebooting, but I am a rookie when it comes to things like these.
Does anyone have a clue what might be the problem?

I should add that I can still minimize and exit the program by using the buttons in the top right corner using my mouse!

Can you use mouse in other Java Swing applications like JEdit and NetBeans?
