Issues running Unit Tests with 2017.1.1

Answered

I am currently unable to run Python unittest files by right clicking on them.  If I create a configuration for each file that I want to run, they will run, but there is not even the right click on the file option to run them without the custom configuration.

Working in the same environment with 4 other developers, 3 of us were running on 2017.1.1, 2 had upgraded, 1 had a fresh install, all with the same issue.  The 4th developer was running 2017.1, and was able to right click and have the ability to run the unit test without created a custom configuration.

As soon as the 4th developer upgraded to 2017.1.1, he no longer had the option to right click and run.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Hello.

There are some bugs according to test runner dection in 2017.1, please check if they still exist in https://blog.jetbrains.com/pycharm/2017/04/pycharm-2017-1-2-release-candidate/ .

The EAP version appears to fix the issue.

Thanks!
