when updating from toolbox app it resets the default font size in IDE

I update PHPStorm from toolbox, then when I reopen it, the font size is back to 17, I use 14.

This issue is already fixed and it's not related to Toolbox.

I just updated phpstorm from toolbox this morning and it reset my terminal font size and my editor window font size?

 

Any ideas how to fix would be appreciated

Change the fonts in the IDE settings for the editor and for the console.
