中文输入法问题

我在用mac设备，当我需要输入中文的时候，就会变得非常卡，当我使用第三方输入法的时候，虽然不卡了，但是我得英文状态只能输入大写，我很喜欢idea，希望有什么办法能解决这个问题。

Hello there,
I face the same problem ,this happens when i use chinese pinyin input method. when i changed to chinese ,its become very very slow response. you can repeat this problem when you change to mac osx native pinyin input method.
