Advanced Codeformatting becouse Annotation heavy develpment

Gooday,

Im currently playing around with the code formatter to get cleaner more readable code, seeing these days thanks to projects like LOMBOK, SPRING and Jersy. You get a lot of your boiler plate code done trough use of Annotations. But the code does not get more readable with formatting:

Wat I achieved is near what I want, but not compleetly

But what I realy want the formater do (or not ruin afther I press the auto format)

Is this posible in IntellJ idea, I keep walkin in to this since we are usin gmore and more Annotation based programing where I am I do want the code be a bit more readable.
