Settings repository freezes IDE
Hey,
I have the following problem since yesterday. As soon as I press to open the settings repository dialogue under "File", the application freezes for an unspecified time (I waited 5+ minutes) and I have to kill it through the task manager.
The problem also appears if I go into settings/tools/setting repository.
I tried with different projects open, with a completely new project, and I also reinstalled. No success. Any ideas?

Bug is tracked as https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-170795, fix will hopefully be included in the next update
