Change maven dependencies

I noticed on the 16th and 17th versions the following problem
When I change maven dependencies. Idea begins to load dependencies, index the project.
This greatly loads the system and I could never wait for the end of this process. It only helped if you kill the process and start again. Then everything passed quickly

High CPU usage during reindex is expected and is not an issue by itself.
If the index or download doesn't complete, please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA with idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/207241085) and pom.xml to reproduce.
