2017.2 EAP: PHP Syntax Highlighting not working, PHP Advanced Autocomplete not working

 I have Updatedet to IntelliJ 2017.2 EAP Build: #IU-127.1909.2 today.

Now i have a problem with the PHP Plugin. There is no syntax highlighting anymore and PHP Advanced Autocomplete is not able to start and say PHP Plugin is not active. The PHP Plugin is marked as active in Plugins.

In 2017.1 EAP all worked fine:

 

Platform: Win7 Pro 64 Bit

JRE: 1.8.0_152-release-837-b5 amd64

JVM: OpenJDK 64bit VM by Jetbrains

looks like the last update from the php plugin is broken, i did a step back to latest stable and this works fine
