PyCharm EDU doesn't have File Structure Tool Window?

for PurePython project I try to find Structure Tool Window
as described , but no luck,
though popup works -- but is not so convenient...

There is no Structure Tool Window in PyCharm EDU, please feel free to file a feature request about it to the corresponding issue tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/EDU.
