IoT Web App with OPC UA Server developement

I have a school IoT project in which I need to upload data from an OPC UA server or a PLC to a cloud and make a web app to display the information in a graphical way such as a fleet manager app.

I was working with Cloud Foundry, but it looks like I will not get the login too late for the delivery of my project. 

Does anyone know any other (free)way of doing it? I am looking at AWS but there is not much information about the connection of OPC UA. I would thank any suggestions, I am new on this.
