Installation issue: failed to extract package. No *.app folders

I got an issue to the installation procedure of IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2017.1.2. I am working on macOS Sierra 10.12.4 (16E195) with the newest Toolbox Version. How can I solve the Problem and install IntelliJ IDEA?
