Problem with terminal after latest windows update (Windows 10 Creators Update)

I use Git Bash

What WebStorm version do you use? Does the problem occur only if the terminal tool window is maximized? Is it docked or floating?

Please also check if the issue can be reproduced in 2017.2 EAP (https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/WI/WebStorm+EAP) - it includes some JDK fixes that might make things better

Problem occur only if IDE window is maximized, terminal in docked mode. Git Bash has latest version.

I update IDE from Toolbox

Do you mean 2017.1.3? the issue seems to be fixed in JRE bundled with 2017.2, but not in 2017.1.x
