Toolbox fails updating all applications (unable to delete verion folder)

Suddenly my Toolbox is unable to install/update a singe application, all fail with the same error: unable to prepare: unable to delete version folder
I am on Windows 10, checked permissions already... Is this a known bug, I could not find anything...
and btw: where there is no topic, no support type, etc.. for the toolbox (that why i used to wrong intelliJ topic)

Toolbox app is supported via https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/ALL resource. Please search and report the issues there. Make sure to attach the logs to the issue.
