I don't have the core modules in my JS libraries

Attached is a screenshot of my JS libraries. Any idea why I don't have the core modules here?

I'm trying to *require* modules such as fs and http, and they don't exist. Furthermore, require() itself is not recognized.. ?

Please make sure to enable Node.js Core library in Settings | Languages & Frameworks | Node.js and NPM:

You can set the thread status to 'Answered';

if you can't see this option, then you are probably not permitted to do this:(
