Code Completion not working?! (Javascript function)

I useed Webstorm about two week, some days it's working perfectly but recently I have trouble with code completion, I made video to demonstrate
As you see, Webstorm could not hint basic functions in Javascript (getElementById, alert), appreciate your ideas, thanks!

Do you have HTML library enabled in Settings(Preferences) | Languages & Frameworks | JavaScript | Libraries?
