Intellij idea jvm problem

Hello I found a problem with idea while trying it out for android development. I tried to open sdk manager nothing happened and the event log shows no problems, but then I tried to open android device monitor and found this error. It's looking for a jvm somewhere weird while I set my jdk path and sdk path correctly. On a added note Android studio works perfectly fine 0 issues with android studio. So the big issue here is I can't open the sdk manager does anyone know how to fix this?
