Cant find js file

Hi - on Win 7, opened up a directory AngularJ\03_03_01 and trying to run index.html which references app.js.

Dont have this as a projecy - can you advise how to setup so I can find the js file (Controller)

Please can you elaborate on this? What do you mean saying that .js file can't be found? Normally you need to make sure that js file can be resolved by URL specified in <script> tag
