Navigate through panes by hotkeys.

Currently navigating between panes requires a mouse click or certain pane's hotkey. I'd like to have a up/down/left/right hotkeys for navigating through them. Thanks!

Request is welcome at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA, but the arrow keys can conflict with the editor or the tool windows. Like when you in the project you can use arrow keys to browse through the list of files, how would the same key work for switching to a different tool window?
What's wrong with the tool window hotkeys? You can also use Ctrl+Tab (Switcher) for fast switching.
Oh, I don't mean the arrow keys but the ability to move up/down so that I can bind to something like alt+j/k
